Technical Support -- Job Description

As a technical support representative, you are in charge of fielding all in-bound calls and emails. Many calls will be questions about using our software, which you will be able to answer directly. Other issues will need to be escalated up to account managers or our development team. You will be responsible for ensuring that these issues are resolved and will then need to follow up with the customer about the resolution. You are the first point of contact for our customers and as such must maintain a friendly and positive demeanor.

  • Becoming an expert on PestRoutes software
  • Answering questions about how to use PestRoutes
  • Troubleshooting issues and documenting bugs
  • Working with our other departments to help us improve our product and grow our customer base
