Uriah Hon serves as manager of customer success for Lobster Marketing, an organization focused on employing top digital marketing techniques to help pest control businesses boost their online visibility. His tenure with the company began three years ago as a marketing strategist, but he was quickly recognized as a leader and awarded the reigns of the customer success team. He holds a certificate in success coaching and is highly regarded for his strict attention to customer service.
Prior to Lobster Marketing, Hon worked for nearly 13 years in sales and sales management roles. He is also an avid outdoorsman and health enthusiast, serving in ambassador roles for Xero Shoes, Nomad Nutrition, and Madera Outdoor. Hon resides in Ellsworth, Maine overlooking snow-capped mountains, the Atlantic Ocean, and Acadia National Park.

James “Jim” Goodfriend moved to Dallas/Fort Worth in 2018 to perform business development activities for PestRoutes, a software company dedicated to optimizing operations for pest control businesses. Less than a year later, Goodfriend was promoted to team lead for the group, where he created and executed inbound and lead development processes. Today, Jim serves as an account executive on the company’s sales team.
Goodfriend began his professional career in software sales as a business development representative for Orderly, an app designed by Georgia-based Siftit to streamline and optimize restaurant operations quickly and easily. He, together with his team, delivered the highest bookings in company history.
Goodfriend holds an associate degree in physical sciences from Bergen Community College in Paramus, NJ and studied business administration at Montclair State University in Montclair, NJ. He is an avid New York sports fan, enjoys traveling with friends, and adventuring with his dog.
